The Stories We Tell Ourselves

Guided Session to Cut off Energetic Ties and Cords

We have a bonus episode this week! In this episode, we go over the background of energetic ties and energetic cords, and then get into guided quantum energy work to clear any unwanted energetic connections. We may unknowingly have energetic ties or energetic cords that slowly siphon our energy. Have no worries though, because we can easily clear it ourselves using this technique. 
As a prerequisite, I recommend doing the "Prayer and Upper Chakra Activation" guided session first to make sure all your chakras (energy centers) are aligned, spinning, and anchoring in source energy.
